The Ahh Meditation By Baba Sri Siva When I gave the Ahh Meditation to Wayne Dyer, I gave the formula of creation. A formula is something that is very precise. People living in higher consciousness, like the yogis, do not want to dwell on linguistic consciousness for a long duration of time. You cannot circumvent it, but you can use language intelligently without any redundancy. Yogis always uses aphorisms and formulas. I revealed the formula of the Ahh Meditation. Using the sound "ash , " you can either procreate or create some physical reality. Procreation, which is creating a baby, is a miracle. Procreation takes place when the energy is released from the sex chakra.

Manifestation, or creation of a home, job, relationship or business, happens when the energy is released from the third eye chakra. Creation is a joyous activity. It is such a fulfilling thing to create something, whether a baby or a home. Joy, which is the energy that creates, is associated with the sound ahh.

Apparently the Buddha was against any kind of quick fix or temporary remedy. The yogis who have abilities are into finding a permanent solution to human problems. The solution is not going to come through the mind. Mind is basically doubt or negativity. It doubts that things will change for the better tomorrow morning. Yoga says that once the mind is trained to think positively, then we have accomplished yoga. The mind of a yogi is different than that of a human being. The thoughts of a yogi manifest intent instantaneously into physical reality. This manifestation of the yogi is called Sridhar kamala .

Sridhar kamala means a perfectly engineered thought. Thoughts occur in the minds of the yogi as in the mind of individuals. Thoughts are expressions of our intentions. It is very important to understand the nature of intention. There are two types of intentions, broadly speaking.

The first kind of intention comes out of the mind. This intention is a thought that has some power. This intentional thought is different from other thoughts that come and go. It may be said that this intentional thought is the kind that you think many times in a day. It is a thought that you want to manifest in your life- it is connected to your deep desire with life. Life becomes meaningless without this intention. It keeps coming to you, this intention, over and over again. This is one type of intention.

There is another type of intention that is divine intention. Divine intention does not originate from this ordinary consciousness at all, although it gets expressed as other thoughts do. The sound ahh that is inseparable from joy is divine intention. It is important for everyone to absorb this divine intention in one ' s consciousness. This divine intention has no negativity- it is pure creativity. It creates ecstasy. This ecstasy is the prerequisite of creation. Procreation comes out of divine intention. Procreation is not a mind act. It is divine intention, it is a divine act. Now in the marketplace of this mundane world, people always say that sex sells. Unfortunately, sex has been well devised for commercial purposes. Everyone knows that the sex drive is a very powerful drive of existence.

It is important at this point to understand the divinity or creativity of this drive. The Ahh Meditation explains the dynamics of this drive. During the act of procreation, everyone in ecstasy goes beyond the mind and releases the sound ahh. When ahh comes out from people in ecstasy it is not coming out from the intention of mind. The ahh that comes out during procreation is from the divine. It is God instinct or God intention. All God ' s intentions do manifest. Only human intentions, because they come out of the mind and are filled with doubt, do not manifest. The secret of manifestation relies in understanding the sound ahh.

Fundamentally, I want you to understand that the sound ahh is a sound of creation. The yogis found this sound vibrating at the bottom of the spine. There is a chakra called muladhara, translated as root chakra in English. Chakras are wheels of energy that lie within the subtle body- invisible to naked eyes. Our physical body is a gross manifestation of this energy body. Yoga speaks of different kinds of bodies invisible to naked eyes and science. It is easier and more rewarding to use these subtle bodies for mundane happiness. In the subtle body, the sound ahh is vibrating at the muladhara chakra or the root chakra, and this sound ahh is responsible for creating a baby during the act of procreation.

If the sound ahh is raised from the sex center to the third eye chakra, which corresponds to the pituitary gland, the result is manifestation - not procreation. First it moves from the root chakra to the navel chakra, from the navel chakra to the heart chakra, from the heart chakra to the throat chakra, from the throat chakra to the third eye chakra, and then it goes to the crown chakra as well. In between the navel chakra and the root chakra is a chakra called swadisthana, which is the sex chakra. The sound ahh creates incredible energy of joy that results in procreation at this chakra. The tremendous joy and sensitivity localized at the sex chakra is due to a heavy concentration of the ahh energy at these organs.

It is important that everyone understands the principle of joy. Joy is not only creation- it is also a healing energy. I think you are all familiar with the story of Norman Cousins. When he was young, he was diagnosed with a disease Ñ the doctor said he would not live long. He told himself " I don ' t want to die, I am too young to die. " He took time off from his work and then did what? He just watched comic movies for a few weeks. His disease was reversed. He wrote a book called " The Anatomy of Illness."

The bottom line is, if you keep your mind totally, totally preoccupied with joy, then you can not only heal yourself but you can create anything you want to create. Joy or happiness is very fundamental to human existence. Joy is the expression of life. Pain is the expression of death. We came into this earth plane because two people went through ecstasy- their ecstasy gave birth to ourselves. Fundamentally then, we are the result of ecstasy. Our nervous system, our blood system, our genes all vibrate with ecstasy.

Tantra yoga is the science of sacred sexuality. It teaches ways of moving the sexual energy from the bottom of the spine to the third eye chakra. Once it reaches the third eye chakra, the human being becomes very, very powerful. The purpose of engaging in sacred sexuality is not just for physical pleasure, but to transform one ' s latent creative energy to perform desirable and rewarding activities. Once you are able to successfully move your sexual energy to the third eye, then you have the ability to manifest your thoughts. As a rule, any thought that goes into the third eye acquires ability to translate itself into physical reality.

There are special infrared rays that are inside the third eye chakra. Infrared are magical light waves . We use them all of the time in our remote control. The remote control is a miracle. The same miracle happens when you hold a thought in the third eye and the infrared cooks your thoughts so that your thoughts become physical realities. If you want to manifest something, my recommendation to you is to use this sound and empower all of your thoughts so that they acquire the ability to become physical mater. It is my own intention, my purpose also of my life, to see that this knowledge becomes available for everyone so people can use it to enjoy their stay on this earth plane .
